The Purpose of the Perfect Mind/Perfect Body Publication

Perfect Mind/Perfect Body reveals a new mind and body. That new mind and body lets one escape horrific death to discover physical immortality and exquisite pleasures.

There is one central reason why people will evolve into the perfect mind and body. That reason is to exit earth's stagnant world of death and taxes so they can discover a New World of tax-free immortal life.

In earth's bizarre civilization, people think in an unprincipled fashion—the way Plato, Kant, Dewey, and similar people taught. Today, as throughout history, many people detach abstract thoughts from the facts of reality. Thus, anything goes with their thinking. They make assertions that have little or nothing to do with reality. This results in contradictions and confusion among citizens of earth's anticivilization.

But a brand-new civilization is rising on planet Earth. That new civilization is an advanced technological civilization—the Civilization of the Universe. And the unprincipled mind cannot survive in a technologically advanced civilization.

In order to fulfill its purpose, Perfect Mind/Perfect Body must enable individuals to develop this new mind and body. Fortunately, this publication reveals the new organization of mind and body in step-by-step detail. As individuals use this publication to develop the perfect mind and body, they will say good-bye to the non-stop losses inherent in the anticivilization. Those who develop the perfect mind and body will evolve into Advanced Man; they will rise above death and taxes.

The Rise and Fall of the Income Tax

The evil income tax: just where did it begin and where will it end? Actually, parasitical elites throughout history have levied taxes on honest, hard-working individuals all over the world. This machination was the key to the parasitical elites' survival. But how did the income tax begin in America, the first semi-free country on earth?

At the birth of this great nation, America carried Revolutionary War debts. The idea of taxing American citizens did spring up from criminal-minded people like Alexander Hamilton. But Americans just fought a dangerous and costly war with England to end taxation and usurpation. The American people did not want to be taxed. So congress levied tariffs to pay war debts and dropped the idea of the income tax—until Abraham Lincoln rose to power.

Harmful Abe, who caused untold suffering and death via the Civil War, initiated the first income tax in America. In 1862, Abe enacted an income tax on the wealthy. After awhile, Americans rejected this parasitical maneuver as unfair. The American people did not want to be taxed by the British or American Government. The income tax was repealed during the late 1800s.

Then Woodrow Wilson rose to power. Criminal-minded Woodrow initiated the second income tax in America. In 1913, Woodrow enacted an income tax, not just on the wealthy, but on most Americans except the poor. Eventually, the poor had to pay income taxes too. Americans paid their income taxes quarterly—every three months.

A short while later, a clever but dishonest businessman spawned the idea of taking taxes out of Americans' paychecks before they ever saw their income. Then parasitical elites took money from working Americans' paychecks in the name of Social Security in the 1930s and later in the name of Medicare in the 1960s. State and local governments quickly joined the bandwagon of taxation and usurpation. Today, working Americans unwillingly support legions of parasitical elites who drain money from their paychecks.

Parasitical elites created conflicts and wars, and then used those wars to rationalize an income tax. But, after the wars ended, professional parasites would not repeal the income tax. They used good-sounding rationalizations to perpetuate the income tax. The only reason the income tax exists and ever has existed is to provide unearned livelihoods for parasitical elites, professional value destroyers, and their backers.

With the rise of Advanced Man—men and women with perfect minds and bodies—citizens will witness the fall of the income tax, first in America and then around the world. As people everywhere evolve into Advanced Man, they will outcompete and obsolete the parasitical-elite class and its products of taxation, regulations, inflation, wars, and other power-usurping stratagems.

Taxes are Illegal

Taxes are illegal? How could that be? People have been paying taxes for more than four thousand years. What is going on here?

The sole basis for determining if an action is legal or illegal comes from answering the following question: Does the action violate individual or property rights? If an action violates any individual's self or property, then it is illegal. If an action does not violate any individual's self or property, then it is legal. It follows that only actions that consist of initiatory force, fraud, or coercion are illegal.

Now look at taxation. Everybody knows that tax collection is backed by physical force. In order for the government to collect taxes from its citizenry, the government has to ultimately rely on weapons and prisons. Why? Taxation inherently violates individual rights. It always violates an individual's earned property.

Simply put, if a man does not pay his taxes, a gun will guide him into prison, period. He is deemed guilty of a criminal offense and punished accordingly. No matter the type of tax—income, corporate, capital gains, sales, property, luxury, or inheritance tax—all tax collection ultimately requires physical force. But the prime evil in any society is the initiation of physical force and its corollary: coercive threats. The only morally and legally justifiable use of force is in self-defense against those who violate individual or property rights.

So, why have taxes? The most common answer is to fund governments: city, state, and federal governments. How, then, can citizens eliminate taxes and still receive government protection: bodily, property, and contractual protection?

The answer, ironically, is simple. But before answering that question, one needs to understand the proper function of government. The sole function of government is to protect the individual-and-property rights of each citizen. Government does this through three agencies:

1. The military—to protect citizens from foreign aggressors
2. Local police forces—to protect citizens from assault and theft
3. Objective-law courts—to protect citizens from breach of contract

This implies that government does not get involved in transportation, education, housing, food, drugs, medicine, health care, the environment, business, communications, or any other area. Government fulfills its purpose by providing bodily, property, and contractual protection only.

What about taxes? Eliminate them—and nearly all the bureaucracies of the federal government. The goal would be to have a:

* Legislative Branch that derives and formulates objective laws only
* Executive Branch that executes the law—but lacks the power to direct society
* Judicial Branch that interprets & applies the law impartially—free of political biases
* Department of Defense that protects national borders using advanced technology
* And local police forces that protect—but never attack—innocent citizens

Yet if taxes were eliminated, how would the government procure operating capital? Through the same mechanism businesses procure operating capital: the free market. Government would be reduced to its proper function of protecting individual rights. And it would be a for-profit organization, somewhat like a retail company or computer manufacturer.

That is the goal. However, to go from current governmental trends to a proper government requires a couple stages. For example, income, corporate, and property taxes can be phased out in favor of a consumption tax, such as a national sales tax. This would end the life-destroying power of the IRS. Then the sales tax can be replaced by user fees, which would be voluntarily paid by citizens who want government protection. Like when a man goes to the store, if he wants a product or service—in this case bodily & property protection—he pays for it.

With citizens paying market rates for protective services, government would transpose from an out-of-control, tax-funded juggernaut to a super-efficient organization that delivers steadily increasing values to society like Wal-Mart or IBM.

Public Enemy Number One

Throughout conscious man's history, the number one public enemy has been subjective law. Subjective law is the dynamic that lets criminal-minded people rise to the top of society and control everyone via political-agenda "laws".

Subjective law leads to the even uglier dynamic of subjective justice. Subjective justice occurs when lawyers, prosecutors, and judges determine a defendant's guilt or innocence based not on the facts of reality, but on political-agenda "laws". Such laws have nothing to do with reality but have everything to do with advancing unearned livelihoods of criminal-minded people.

What is the remedy for this public enemy? How can citizens eliminate subjective law and subjective justice? Citizens can replace these with objective law and objective justice. In fact, objective law is the supreme public protector. With it, everyone grows toward prosperity, happiness, and life. Without it, everyone grows toward poverty, misery, and death.

What is objective law? It is law that everyone can understand because it is rationally derived and clearly formulated. Objective law arises from reality and the nature of man. And it only defends a man's right to his/her person and property. Objective law cannot advance political agendas or anyone's special interests.

What is objective justice? It is impartial justice that adjudicates cases without any political biases. Objective justice applies the law to specific cases to determine whom—if anyone—undercut objective laws. Objective justice then prosecutes those who violate individual and property rights—from petty thieves to barehanded murderers to mass-killing politicos.

Finally, what kind of a world will objective law and objective justice engender? These will bring forth a peaceful civilization where each individual's prosperity, romance, and happiness can escalate without limits.

Civilization-of-the-Universe (C-of-U) government is the only valid form of government in existence. The essence of this government is objective law and objective justice. That is, law that everyone can understand and justice that prosecutes individual-rights violators while protecting innocent citizens.

C-of-U government functions through laissez-faire capitalism. This means that individuals are free to produce and trade goods and services among each other—anywhere, anytime. The only service this government provides is the protection of individual and property rights. C-of-U government protects individuals from physical assault, property theft, and breach of contract.

C-of-U government arises from the principles of Objectivist philosophy. But government employees would not need to explicitly know the theoretical structure of Objectivism. They would simply operate within the set structure of government. Any employee who violates the procedures of this government would be reprimanded or fired, just as they would be in a job at a retail store, computer company, or any other business.

So, what is the structure of C-of-U government? To best grasp the structure of this government, one must realize what it does not deal with. C-of-U government does not deal with the environment, food, drugs, alcohol, business, communication, education, religion, transportation, housing, banking, finance, investments, securities, science, art, marriage, immigration, the workplace, social security, or welfare. C-of-U government only deals with protecting individual and property rights. How does it accomplish this? C-of-U government protects individual and property rights through the military, police, and courts.

Federal government would meet its responsibility to protect individual rights by having (1) an objective-law Legislative Branch, (2) an impartial Judicial Branch, (3) a powers-delimited Executive Branch, and (4) a technological Department of Defense. State and local governments would provide local police protection, a low-level court system, and related administrative services.

C-of-U government would eliminate nearly all bureaucracies of the Executive Branch of the federal government—e.g., IRS, INS, DEC, EPA, DEA, FDA, and SEC—along with all politicized regulations and subjective laws. Also gone would be all government entitlements, subsidies, loans, and grants. C-of-U government is not in business to give anything to anyone. But it is in business. And, once again, its sole business is to protect each citizen's person and property.

C-of-U government would be run as a business organization. Therefore, it would not require taxation. It would charge fair-market rates to citizens who want government protection from objective crime—whether that crime is assault, theft, breach of contract, or invasion by a foreign country. And because it would be in business, C-of-U government would be exposed to the same market pressures that other businesses face. Government workers would have to provide superior protective services or else workers that are more competitive would replace them.

Throughout history, heroic figures arose to bring great values into this world and save millions of lives. Those people are the benefactors of mankind. Among these people are the ones who brought partial freedom to this world. Such people risked their lives to deliver various degrees of freedom for individuals.

One of the great achievements in history was the establishment of the United States of America. This country is the first semi-free country in history. That partial freedom allowed men and women to create an unprecedented level of prosperity, which raised the standard of living for millions. Credit for the United States of America goes to Aristotle, Algernon Sidney, John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, and other similar people.

But there was one crucial problem with the USA at its inception. It was born from within the anticivilization, which means it is within the jurisdiction of the criminal mind. Thus, it could never have delivered 100% freedom for its citizens. Slowly, criminal minds infiltrated the USA to quell freedom and crush individual rights. From Alexander Hamilton to Abraham Lincoln, from John Sherman to Woodrow Wilson, from FDR to LBJ—right up to the Clintons—America has lost its base of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Instead, a drum-roll of political correctness is drawing supreme benefactors like Harry Helmsley, Stew Leonard, and Bill Gates into the AC System: a system of subjective laws, physical force, non-objective judges, federal prison camps, and expanding cemeteries. What can be done? How can people capture unbounded freedom midst the constant erosion of individual rights and property rights?

Demonstrations? Revolution? Violence? No. All such actions are an integral part of the anticivilization. And everything in the anticivilization must, by definition, result in losses and death. That is the nature of the anticivilization. One simply needs to step out of the anticivilization and enter the Civilization of the Universe. The Local Group will bring the Civilization of the Universe down to earth, rapidly, peacefully—for the eternal benefit of everyone.

What is the Civilization of the Universe? It is a business-based civilization that upholds objective law and objective justice. The Civilization of the Universe guarantees boundless riches and excitement for all—youth and adults alike. Why? The Civilization of the Universe morally and legally prohibits the tripartite destroyers of earned wealth: force, coercion, and fraud. Furthermore, in the Civilization of the Universe, commercial pressures drive everyone to discover and exploit their most competitive attributes for profit and fun. In the Civilization of the Universe, no one survives or even imagines surviving via Capone/Hitler/Clinton-like criminalities. Value theft and destruction is uncompetitive and nonexistent in that rational civilization.

As individuals everywhere rise with awesome power to create and produce, the world will be flooded with prosperity. And no one will be forced to give to the needy. Yet, the needy will live better than do anticivilization millionaires. Why? In the Civilization of the Universe, personal prosperity skyrockets while the cost of goods and services skydive.

The Local Group is the silent storm that will wash away the anticivilization as it ushers in the Civilization of the Universe. The genealogical roots of the Local Group include the 18th century Illuminati dynamics and the 20th century Neo-Tech/Objectivism dynamics. The Local Group will complete the work begun by Thomas Jefferson and his cohorts. And it will eventually deliver 100% freedom not just to Americans, but to everyone on earth.

By delivering the perfect mind & body at the personal level and objective law & justice at the societal level, The Local Group guarantees that nearly everyone will experience immortal prosperity and happiness.

No doubt about it: America's founding fathers—Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, John Adams, and others—provided immense values to human beings. In essence, these benefactors established a semi-free country for Americans. That was perhaps the greatest practical application of philosophic ideas in history.

Yet, they could only deliver a partially free country. Why? Moreover, why did criminal minds infiltrate their great achievement—criminal minds ranging from Alexander Hamilton to Abraham Lincoln to John Sherman to Woodrow Wilson to FDR to LBJ to William Clinton? Why do parasitical elites and gun-toting bureaucrats rule the noblest place on earth: Washington D.C.? Answers to these and similar questions become clear upon identifying the founding fathers' error.

In 1776, human knowledge was several layers away from the discovery of the Civilization of the Universe. The discovery of the Civilization of the Universe arose from the discovery of Objectivist philosophy. Yet, Objectivist philosophy did not arise until the second half of the twentieth century. Thus, the founding fathers had no way of explicitly grasping the two opposing civilizations: anticivilization and the Civilization of the Universe. For this reason, one cannot properly state that the founding fathers' error was working within the anticivilization. During their time in history, they lacked the means to identify—much less work from—the Civilization of the Universe. What, then, was their error?

The founding fathers' error was failing to integrate their great work with business dynamics. They never subjected their work to market pressures; they did not let the marketplace shape their achievement. If they would have done this, the constant pressures of the competitive marketplace would have driven out—and permanently kept out—all irrationality, mysticism and criminal minds from their work. That would have meant a criminal-free America and, eventually, a criminal-free world.

For instance, consider Objectivist philosophy. Ayn Rand, Nathaniel Branden, Leonard Peikoff, and others formulated Objectivism into high-level products that deliver immediate, practical benefits. Ms. Rand was and Dr. Peikoff is now subjected to the competitive marketplace of ideas. Both have enjoyed an enduring success. Why? Free market dynamics always drive out mysticism while driving in ever-increasing value. In time, their great work—Objectivist philosophy—will end all irrationality and criminality in America and around the world. That will happen because the Rand/Peikoff dynamics are rooted in the competitive marketplace.

Certainly America's founding fathers risked their reputations and lives to deliver immense values to mankind. And they succeeded. Rightfully, their great work is recognized and appreciated by many people in America and around the world. But if they had operated via the engines of business, then irrationality and crime would be obsolete. Armed bureaucracies epitomized by the human-killing FDA, mind-killing DEA, and wealth-killing IRS could not exist. Today, citizens would be totally free to act from the authority of their own consciousness rather than from specious dictates emanating from external authorities. No person or organization would be able to violate individual rights and property rights. Governments would not be able to violate individual rights, nor would religions or criminal-minded people.

In summary, competitive business is the dynamic that delivers all human values: knowledge, freedom, energy, food, money, material prosperity, sexual attractiveness, happiness, and physical immortality.

There are two primary ways to generate income. The first way is to initiate force, fraud, and coercion. The second way is to exert competitive effort. Obviously, in the anticivilization, some people generate income the first way, i.e., through initiating force and fraud. However, in the Civilization of the Universe, no one can profit by initiating force or fraud. Why not? Constitutionally guaranteed objective law and impartial justice ensure that no one profits from initiating force and fraud.

Several people throughout history generated enormous wealth by initiating force and fraud. Sadly, world populations praised many of these criminal-minded people. Those criminal minds range from Alexander the Great, to Julius Caesar, to Cardinal Bellarmine, to Vladimir Lenin, to Pope Pius XII, to Fidel Castro. All such people defrauded or butchered populations along their way to tremendous unearned power and wealth.

On the other hand, certain people generated enormous wealth by exerting high effort. Ironically, world populations scorned many of these business-minded people. Those scorned business minds range from Cornelius Vanderbilt, to Jay Gould, to John D. Rockefeller, to Leona Helmsley, to Michael Milken, to Bill Gates. In reality, all such people created immense, world-advancing values along their way to tremendous earned power and wealth.

Anticivilization dynamics uncompromisingly drive profits toward zero; the anticivilization ruthlessly smashes profits. At first, anticivilization leaders are not aware of new business ventures. Thus, the marketplace sets profit margins in these new, unregulated industries. But as individuals begin to prosper, Establishment leaders take a closer look. Then they move in and apply the age-old tools of force and fraud to usurp power, money, and values from businesses within the newly emerging industries.

A direct consequence of the anticivilization leaders' action is the driving down of profit margins—usually a few percent at a time. After anticivilization leaders entangle value producers in the AC System—which comprises subjective laws, coercive force, biased justice, and incarceration—value producers are saddled with crippling taxation, inflation, regulations, threats, and fines. This leaves the producers with ever-shrinking profit margins.

For instance, say a new industry that is unregulated has an average profit margin of 25%. When businesses within that industry become entangled in the AC System, their actual profit margin might fall to 22% then to 19% and so on. Do criminal-minded leaders want to completely eliminate profit from business? No. That would endanger the criminal mind's survival. Anticivilization leaders want businesses and individuals to profit just enough to survive—as long as they continue providing criminal-minded leaders with money and values.

Too much profit would set free new money and power, which would free earth's populations. But too little profit would cause businesses to fail. And that would diminish the cash flow from the producers to the criminal-minded leaders.

With this understanding, one can appreciate the heroic efforts of great business heroes from yesterday and today. Many were subjected to the AC System. Yet, all were able to generate immense fortunes by outperforming the competition. Establishment supporters fomented dishonest "Robber Baron" slander with the sole purpose of destroying these truly great men and women. In reality, the giants of power and wealth were able to generate ever-increasing wealth by expanding value production—despite the constant lowering of profit margins by anticivilization leaders.

Right now, today, everyone unknowingly lives in the age of pre-law. What is the age of pre-law? It is an age where valid law and justice exist intermittently if they exist at all. To best understand the age of pre-law, one can look at the forthcoming age of law.

In the forthcoming age of law, only objective laws and unbiased justice will be used in the courts of law. Thus, valid justice will prevail throughout the land. From the perspective of earth's anticivilization, this might be hard to believe. But from the perspective of the Civilization of the Universe, this is completely normal. The age of law guarantees the protection of innocent citizens and their businesses while it prosecutes criminals. Unprecedented prosperity and happiness will prevail.

During the age of pre-law, criminal minds take over conscious life and direct everyone to their death—quickly, within a handful of decades. To make their criminal actions appear necessary and good, criminal minds distort everyone's thinking through compulsory education and the Liberal media. But behind the facade of goodness lies profound evil: the murdering of innocent human beings so a handful of parasitical elites can survive without producing competitive values.

The fundamental tool in the age of pre-law is subjective law. Such law springs from the minds of earth-bound authorities. This genre of law has nothing to do with objective Natural Law. Rather, subjective law has everything to do with controlling and draining the lives of everyone who refuses to support or join Plato's parasitical-elite class. The tacit message is "either support or become a member of the parasitical-elite class—or become permanently entangled in web of political-policy laws." Those who join the parasitical-elite class garner easy livelihoods replete with unearned power and prosperity. Those who do not join the parasitical-elite class become pawns that are controlled, drained, and used up until death.

How could the age of pre-law exist for millennia without explicit identification? The answer is irrationality. Because irrationality corrupted the minds of essentially everyone, no one was able to make this identification. Those few who could make this identification were silenced through the use of force.

Today, however, Objectivist philosophy combined with cyberspace will end the age of pre-law by ushering in the age of law. Objective law is beginning to penetrate the United States legal system. And The Local Group will add an Objective Law clause to the U.S. Constitution early in the twenty-first century. This will have far-reaching implications.

The rise of objective law not only threatens the future of human-killing institutions such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Food and Drug Administration, but threatens the future of the criminal mind. With the criminal mind facing extinction, all institutions of evil will collapse. Such institutions will vanish along with the criminal mind in the presence of objective law.

The sole purpose of subjective law is to violate individual rights with impunity. Those violations, in turn, let the parasitical-elite class survive and thrive at the expense of the working class. However, the only purpose of objective law is to protect individual rights. That protection, in turn, lets the working class keep all the fruits of their labor. Everyone will experience limitless prosperity and happiness.

This truly is a historic time in history. The simultaneous rise of Objectivism and cyberspace will free everyone from slavery, poverty, unhappiness, and death so they can discover freedom, riches, happiness, and physical immortality. Even criminals—both covert and common criminals—will have the opportunity to make full restitution to their victims and develop a moral character. They too will be able to enjoy life in the forthcoming age of law.

The freest country on planet Earth is the United States of America. Thomas Jefferson is the man who produced the document that asserted America's independence from Britain. That document is the Declaration of Independence, which was written in 1776.

Upon establishing a new country, American Revolutionary leaders realized they needed to assemble a new government. During the country's earliest years, two dominant political figures arose to define the type of government America should have. Those two political figures were Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton.

These two men envisioned opposite agendas for the newly born country. Hamilton called himself a Federalist. He wanted a strong central government to rule over the lives of Americans. He was striving to give birth to a parasitical-elite class in America. Jefferson called himself a Democratic Republican. He favored a small central government. He was striving to keep government out of the lives of American citizens.

Shortly after the birth of America, Jefferson and Hamilton fought a fierce battle over the political direction of the new country. Hamilton appointed John Adams as the Federalist Party presidential candidate. Upon realizing that a Federalist Party victory might result in government tyranny, Jefferson ran against John Adams as the Republican Party presidential candidate. Thus was born the first two political parties of America: the Federalists and Republicans.

John Adams won the presidency to become the second president of America after America's first president, George Washington, voluntarily left office. Hamilton worked behind the scenes to increase statist controls in America's new government. Jefferson got discouraged and retreated to his home in Virginia.

Then Jefferson decided to run for president at the end of Adams' first term, thinking he could prevent the country from falling into tyranny. Jefferson won the election and became America's third president. He immediately repealed Hamilton-inspired political-agenda laws. Then he released, pardoned, and repaid political prisoners that were incarcerated under the Federalist Party regime. Jefferson was adamantly opposed to political suppression, government tyranny, and injustice. He worked to decrease the power of government while he expanded the size of America. Like George Washington, he chose to walk away from the presidency after serving two terms. Upon completing his presidency, he left power politics to pursue other interests.

Alexander Hamilton sought to turn American government into a statist institution, complete with a parasitical-elite class and professional value destroyers. Thomas Jefferson despised tyranny and fought against Hamilton in order to keep America as free as possible. Today, The Local Group is completing the great work of Thomas Jefferson.

Functioning only in cyberspace and through free-market dynamics, The Local Group will deliver freedom to Americans and everyone else on earth. By removing Thomas Jefferson's philosophical errors, The Local Group will proceed to do what Thomas Jefferson wanted but was unable to do: establish a rational, completely free society for American citizens. However, The Local Group will not stop there; it will bring rationality and freedom to all Citizens of Earth. It will accomplish this through free-market dynamics in cyberspace.

The Local Group wields earth's only valid philosophy: Objectivism. Thus, The Local Group will bring objective cognition, objective morality, and objective law to everyone, permanently. Those three modes—valid epistemology, ethics, and politics—will leave institutionalized parasitism and slavery behind forever. Then everyone will be free to live according to his or her nature. Every individual will be free to do integrated thinking, be honest, be productive, and be protected by objective law and valid justice. Thus, everyone will shift from stagnating poverty and despair to liberating wealth and happiness. Conscious life on earth will soar to ever-greater realms of excitement and fulfillment.

What is the connection between oppression and drug & alcohol use? Citizens in politically oppressed countries see drugs & alcohol as a way to escape the misery of daily life. They hope that drug & alcohol use will let them enter a better world—a world of beauty and excitement. Sadly, those that do use drugs and alcohol discover the exact opposite.

The problem is not with drug use or alcohol consumption per se. These activities are an effect. The problem is gun-backed oppression—political oppression that allows Plato's parasitical-elite class to thrive at the expense of the working class. Dealing with the drug problem, for example, is totally ineffective. To wipe out the scourge of drugs & alcohol, one has to deal with the root cause, not its effects. Tragically and sadly, in the anticivilization, those who work to eliminate the real cause of major problems are isolated, persecuted, prosecuted, and end up in prison or cemeteries. Why?

If individuals were free to eliminate the causes of major illnesses, they would eventually undermine and eliminate the anticivilization itself. Nobody wants that—especially the parasitical elite class and their value destroying supporters. Curing cancer and heart disease would lead to other cures. That, in turn, would lead to extended longevity, which would throw the anticivilization dynamics into utter chaos. People who live longer and healthier lives would dismiss, for example, Social Security as a grand-scale Ponzi fraud. Thus, parasitical elites assemble engines of value destruction—led by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)—to "legally" block progress. These murderous engines such as the FDA and the IRS work full-time to block individuals from eliminating the root cause of problems.

With such "legal" blocks in place, people turn their attention to effects. They say, "The use of drugs & alcohol is harmful." Then they try to stop others from using drugs and alcohol, usually with a lethal combination of government force and guilt. As theory shows and experience confirms, dealing with effects does not work in the long run.

First, political oppression must be eliminated. This means repealing all subjective laws and releasing all political prisoners. In other words, 100% freedom must be established for all innocent citizens. Only then will citizens be free to continue growing without limits, which is the prime requirement for human beings. Such limitless growth always evolves new knowledge, values, and wealth for everyone and civilization. Finally, the combination of constant growth in knowledge and prosperity obviates the desire to harm self with drugs, alcohol, or any other life-destroying mechanism.

The greater the freedom of a country, the healthier and wealthier are its citizens. The greater the political oppression, whether from government or religion, the sicker and poorer are its citizens. The key to ending the drug problem and related problems is to replace political oppression with complete freedom.

Of course, criminal-minded leaders would never allow total freedom for human beings. That would mark the end of the criminal mind and its hoaxed civilization. How, then, will evils such as the drug problem be cured? The Local Group will cure the drug problem, albeit indirectly. It will also cure other evils indirectly. How? The Local Group will abolish the anticivilization by bringing everyone into a rational civilization: an Objectivist civilization. Then the entire anticivilization with all its con jobs, parasitisms, and criminalities will be left behind permanently. Everyone will then boom into boundless power, riches, well-being, and happiness.

Governments in the anticivilization control the media. Anticivilization (AC) governments ultimately control the content on television, radio, in books, newspapers, and magazines.

How can they do this? They simply implement the political ideology of socialism. Why do they do this? To ensure the anticivilization continues without challenge.

No matter where one goes, one cannot escape anticivilization ideology: Subjectivist philosophy. That ideology of mysticism, altruism, and statism hits oneself from every angle. Its opposite ideology—Objectivist philosophy—rarely appears in the media. This is because the anticivilization cannot survive very long in the presence of Objectivism.

By controlling the media, AC governments ultimately dictate what citizens can see and hear...and what they cannot see and hear. By squelching pro-freedom ideas, AC governments virtually assure themselves total control over Citizens of Earth.

Now, one man has added a new dimension to human communication. His name is Tim Berners-Lee. And he is the father of the World Wide Web. As Objectivism converges with the World Wide Web, AC governments, along with the entire anticivilization, will collapse. The integration of Objectivist philosophy and the World Wide Web will usher in a New World here on earth.

Of course, criminal-minded leaders will scramble to control cyberspace just as they control all other forms of communication. But, they can control communications only from a base of false power: Subjectivism. Now, with the convergence of the World Wide Web and Objectivism, citizens will reject the criminal-minded leaders' rule of cyberspace. With Objectivism available to everyone, individual rights, objective law, and impartial justice will overtake earth's sound-good laws and look-good justice. Objectivism on the Web will eventually annihilate AC governments and their criminal-minded leaders.

Anyone with knowledge of Objectivism can see that the media offers an endless array of anticivilization-promoting content. In fact, one becomes surprised by just how much anticivilization material dominates the media. And, one becomes surprised by how little Civilization-of-the-Universe material enters the media. By conceptualizing the anticivilization and the Civilization of the Universe, one can quickly and easily grasp that today's media offers little objective values to any rational person.

AC governments do a masterful job of keeping objectively valuable material out of the media. They therefore do a superb job of keeping valuable material from Citizens of Earth. By controlling the media, they even influence the material that book publishers will publish. Most publishers will only publish books they can promote through the popular media. Yet, AC governments rarely allow Civilization-of-the-Universe material in the media.

Once one understands that AC governments control and have virtually unlimited access to the media, one dismisses most of what comes from the media. One realizes that much of that material results in death for everyone.

The sole purpose of government is to protect individual rights: to protect each citizen's person, property, and contractual agreements. The notion that government should provide services beyond the realm of protection is erroneous.

Simply put, government that only protects each individual's person and property is moral. Government that initiates force or coercive threats against any individual is immoral. Human beings need government for bodily and property protection. That is the only reason they need government. Governments that extend beyond the scope of bodily and property protection cause chaos and invariably destroy their countries. History contains numerous examples.

Of course, in the anticivilization, all governments go beyond protection. They all encroach upon their citizens' freedom—to the point where the government itself undercuts objective law and violates individual rights. This is a tragedy. But it is not surprising in an upside-down world. For example, the least destructive of all governments throughout history, the United States federal government, has expanded beyond protection by getting involved in the environment, education, food, drugs, housing, business, finance, transportation, communication, science, space exploration, and the arts. In reality, these areas are outside the realm of a proper government.

Even worse than governments that expand beyond bodily-and-property protection is when governments destroy their own citizens. Consider the following analogy: the human body has a protective system whose function it is to protect the body from deadly agents and disease. That system exists to serve the human organism, not to destroy it. If this protective system begins to attack the human organism, then it has gone awry. The system switches from being a beneficial agent to a harmful agent.

In a similar way, government exists to protect the individual. When government threatens or attacks objectively innocent individuals, it has gone awry. It switches from a beneficial agent to a harmful agent.

Today, American government threatens and attacks innocent individuals. Bureaucracies epitomized by the IRS, the DEA, and the SEC initiate force, threats, and fraud against innocent citizens. Through subjective laws and arbitrary regulations, all governments in the AC undercut objective law and violate individual rights.

The key is to delimit all governments to the sole function of protection. That protection comes through a national defense, local police forces, and courts of law. Everything else is outside the realm of a proper government. When human beings delimit government to bodily-and-property protection, everyone will be living in the Civilization of the Universe.

The end of the politician? How could that be? Politicians have led human beings since man became conscious. Who will lead human beings in the absence of politicians?

Yes, politicians rule the anticivilization. Those most skilled in the use of pragmatism and dishonesty rise to the top to rule all Citizens of Earth. Those with little regard for honesty, knowledge, and the value of the individual succeed in anticivilization politics. But, upon the elimination of the anticivilization, the professional politician will become an extinct breed.

As objective law and individual rights overtake subjective law and group rights, the anticivilization will fade. This cultural shift will result in the rise of the sovereign individual: an individual whose person, property, and rights cannot be violated by anyone.

The rise of individual rights and cyberspace businesses will usher in the Civilization of the Universe. As the Civilization of the Universe envelops planet Earth, governments will shrink in size and scope to serve their purpose of protection only. Governments will not be able to initiate force, threats, and fraud against their citizens. Constitutionally guaranteed objective law and individual rights will protect individuals from any predatory person or group—including any government or religion.

In such a world—a world where no one can profit from initiating force or fraud—things are dramatically different. Governments look entirely different. They do not get involved in every aspect of the citizen's life as in a socialist or communist ideal. Instead, governments become super efficient, market-driven protectors of each citizen's person and property. All other AC government functions—e.g., controlling the economy, businesses, communication, and education—simply vanish.

This means that in the Civilization of the Universe, professional parasites, manipulators, liars, looters, destroyers, and murderers cannot exist. Only rational, productive, honest conscious beings exist in that rational civilization. The professional politician—who produces no values, but regulates, consumes, and destroys values to gain unearned power and wealth—has no way to survive in the Civilization of the Universe. The idea of a person building a career based on restricting, plundering, and jailing competitively productive people is unknown in the Civilization of the Universe.

Thus, the professional politician will cease to exist in the forthcoming Civilization of the Universe. Who will run the government without politicians? Market business people will run the government. Such people who are integrated with a financial bottom line and the rigorous discipline of business will deliver competitive protective services to citizens. Professional politicians who prosper not from producing values but from draining values are unknown throughout the Civilization of the Universe. Such a mode of living is uncompetitive in a world filled with totally free value producers who capture boundless power, wealth, romance, and happiness.

Man needs law in order to live harmoniously and prosperously in society. In fact, without law, civilization would collapse. Law enables each person to act from his or her rational thinking without interference from any person or group.

Valid law prohibits any person or group of persons—including any government—from initiating force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual's person or property. What is valid law? And, what is the basis of valid law?

Valid law is objective law. Objective law is rationally derived and clearly defined law. Almost anyone can understand objective law. It does not require guessing or lawyers to interpret what the law allows or prohibits. Objective law contrasts with subjective law. Subjective law is arbitrarily derived and can be interpreted in several different ways.

Now, the basis of objective law is not to protect society, the state, the environment, or any other "higher good". The basis of objective law is to protect the individual, which means, in practical terms: to protect individual rights. That—and only that—is the basis of valid law. All other laws that seek to protect things above the individual are specious and ultimately destructive. This includes all regulatory laws, white-collar-crime laws, and other victimless-crime laws.

Objective law is rationally derived law. Such law has its roots in reality and the nature of man. It is conceptual law that is directly linked to protecting the individual's person and property. Each objective law must have a clear chain of reasoning from the facts of reality to the articulated law that serves to protect the individual. Any rational person can retrace the formulation of objective laws. Those laws that lack an observable link to reality and the protection of individual rights are arbitrary, vulnerable to manipulation, and harmful to citizens and their country.

Subjective law does not protect individual rights. Subjective law is the prime tool that criminal-minded leaders in government and religion have used for the last 3000 years. Criminal-minded leaders use subjective laws to control, drain, imprison, and murder value producers—especially the most outstanding producers such as Socrates, Jesus, Joan of Arc, Algernon Sidney, Leona Helmsley, and Michael Milken. Subjective law rests on the Platonic premise that a "higher good" exists above the individual. Thus, subjective law enables destructive leaders to prosecute innocent individuals in the name of "the public good", "taxes", "crimes against the state", "heresy", "environmental degradation", "ozone depletion", or whatever is in vogue at the time. In reality, subjective law is nothing more than a 3000-year-old tool manipulated by professional parasites to usurp their survival from the productive class.

The days are coming to an end where the guilty value destroyers can prosecute the innocent value producers via subjective law. With objective laws arising from reality to protect individual rights, conscious life on earth will transform from forced deprivations, suffering, and death to prosperity, happiness, and life immortal.

The old bromide "nothing is certain but death and taxes" will become obsolete in the new millennium. Mystics, skeptics, and Establishment intellectuals love to use this bromide to advance anticivilization agendas. But, as mankind enters the 21^st century, that bromide will yield to a new saying: tax-free immortal life is certain for everyone.

Tax-free immortal life? How could that be? Conscious man has always paid taxes and always died. How could this change? Moreover, what would happen to criminal-minded leaders—people like Castro, Mao, Hitler, and Lincoln? How would such people rule planet Earth?

The end of death and taxes will occur as Advanced Man arises throughout this world. As people develop perfect minds and perfect bodies, they will evolve into Advanced Man. From that position of strength and clarity, these people will see the gross injustice and irrationality of (1) forcing people to pay taxes and (2) trapping people into death-oriented modes of living. With new-world powers and competitive businesses, Advanced Man will collapse the consummate products of anticivilization: death and taxes.

In order for the anticivilization to survive, it must usurp and destroy human beings. Who are the beneficiaries of such mass usurpation and destruction? Anticivilization leaders and followers: Presidents, kings, queens, princes, princesses, popes, politicians, Establishment lawyers, Liberal journalists, socialist professors, clerics, and bogus businesspeople—essentially anyone who is not a net producer of values. Thus, these beneficiaries will fight to the end to retain their ultimate survival tools: taxes and death. They will pass laws, form organizations, hold rallies, garner votes, create movements, and do whatever it takes—including imprisoning/murdering innocent citizens—to maintain death and taxes. Everyone knows what happened to Socrates, Jesus, and Joan of Arc, who took a firm stand against the harmful elements in society.

So, how could anyone in the world end death and taxes? First, such a person will have developed a perfect mind and body. This leads the individual to deeply value prosperity and life itself. In short, such a person will be motivated to live, produce, and keep the fruits of his or her labor. That motivation, in turn, will be the fuel for individuals on every continent to scorn taxes and death. They will grasp the highly valuable nature of market-driven governments and market-driven immortality products. At about the same time, they will realize that their own nature-set clocks are running out. Therefore, these individuals will race to:

1. Establish the societal structure necessary to live forever (i.e., non-coercive government protective services financed by voluntary, market-rate payments)

2. Establish commercially successful cures for aging and death (e.g., mutating the "immortality" gene in individuals so they can avert death and produce immortal offspring)

In a country that constitutionally guarantees objective law and individual rights, laissez-faire capitalism will overtake the economy. In such a political and economic environment, financial incentives to create immortality products will be greater than the financial incentives to create computer or entertainment products.

Pseudo crimes consist of crimes against the parasitical-elite class and its criminal-driven anticivilization. Real crimes consist of initiating force and coercive threats, along with defrauding human beings. The following example distinguishes pseudo crimes from real crimes.

Consider Corporation X. In the context of the anticivilization, Corporation X is guilty of numerous crimes:

* It bulldozed 50 acres of wetlands—without anyone's permission—on which it constructed its headquarters. Thus, it violated EPA "laws".

* It built 18" high railings inside its headquarters for esthetic purposes. Thus, it violated OSHA "laws".

* It built stairs but no ramp or railing at its front entrance. The handicapped have to enter the building in the back where the parking lot is level with the rear door. Thus, it violated ADA "laws".

* It conducted a private stock offering—without anyone's approval—and sold shares of stock to people who were intimately familiar with its business. Thus, it violated SEC "laws".

* It used unreported income to fund groundbreaking scientific research. Thus, it violated IRS "laws".

* It sold marijuana to cancer patients who were suffering from the effects of chemotherapy. Thus, it violated DEA "laws".

* It hired unregistered immigrants to perform various jobs. Thus, it violated INS "laws".

* It is a fiercely competitive company, which always delivers better products at lower prices than its competitors. As a result, the competition either goes out of business or merges with Corporation X. This means that Corporation X runs a natural monopoly, based not on force or fraud, but on superior efforts. Thus, it violates antitrust "laws".

* It undertook a radical research project—without authorization—to create a pill that mutates certain genes in order to prevent human aging and death. Thus, it violated FDA "laws".

* It did not charge customers within its state any sales tax. Thus, it violated state tax "laws".

The owners of Corporation X, from the perspective of earth's anticivilization, are criminal monsters. They have violated all the major laws of the land and they have committed multiple crimes. Therefore, they would have to be prosecuted, sentenced, jailed, or put to death for such egregious violations and crimes.

But on close examination of Corporation X and its owners, one grasps a common denominator in all these alleged crimes. Corporation X never once initiated the use of physical force, threatened to use physical force, or used fraud against any individual. In short, Corporation X committed pseudo crimes, but it did not commit any real crimes.

Now consider a person who:

* collects money from customers for goods he says he will deliver, but never delivers...and has no intention of delivering.
* threatens to shoot unarmed citizens if they do not hand over their earned property.
* murders individuals with his hands.

This person is guilty of real crimes and should be prosecuted for undercutting objective law and violating individual rights. But sadly, such a person—in the anticivilization—can avoid going to jail or being punished for his crimes...while the owners of Corporation X are incarcerated or put to death because of their "crimes".

In conclusion, pseudo crimes exist for one purpose: to obscure valid justice. And valid justice must be obscured in order for the criminal mind and its hoaxed civilization to survive. This enables the best people, like Socrates, Jesus, Bruno, and Helmsley, to be murdered while the worst people, like Caligula, Hitler, Pol Pot, and Castro, to rise to the top of the anticivilization.
