A Long Time Ago

Evolution of Mind

The human mind has three distinct states. Those states consist of the preconscious mind, the traditional mind, and the perfect mind.

The first evolution of mind is the preconscious mind. This is a non-conscious mentality that is incapable of introspection and self-visualization. Such a mind lacks the capacity to develop a self, make moral judgments, or be dishonest. It deals only with immediate perceptions and does not engage in conscious thought. (Reference: Neo-Tech III)

The second evolution of mind is the traditional mind. This is a conscious mentality that is capable of introspection and self-visualization. It is a mentality that lets one develop a self, make valid moral judgments, and be honest or dishonest. However, the traditional mind lacks an explicit awareness of its own thought processes. As such, it is susceptible to mysticism and erroneous thinking. With the traditional mind, one becomes aware of oneself, but not how to think consciously.

The third and final evolution of mind is the perfect mind. This is a conscious mentality that is fully aware of how to think consciously. As such, it is not susceptible to mysticism or erroneous thinking. Realizing the dead-end nature of mysticism and dishonesty, it avoids all errors that plague the traditional mind. Moreover, the perfect mind is a four-dimensional mind. That is, it integrates the three dimensions of space—height, width, and depth—with the fourth dimension of time. In other words, the perfect mind operates not just in space or time, but in space-time. It does not sever time from conscious action.

The preconscious mind is very limited in its ability to deal with reality. It does not fully grasp reality. The traditional mind is also limited in its ability to deal with reality. It understands physical reality, but is not fully integrated with reality or time. The perfect mind, by contrast, has no limits on its ability to deal with reality. It integrates space and time with expanding knowledge to control reality and prosper beyond the capacity of the traditional mind.

As people began to develop the traditional mind, those with a preconscious mentality became uncompetitive. To survive, all preconscious individuals had to develop the traditional mind. Likewise today: As people begin to develop the perfect mind, those with a traditional mentality will become uncompetitive. In order to survive, all such individuals will have to develop the perfect mind.

Evolution of Writing Formats

There are three major writing formats: (1) tablets, (2) paper & ink, and (3) electronic publications. The first writing format was discovered about five thousand years ago when writing was discovered. That writing format consists of tablets.

The second writing format was discovered a couple thousand years later. That writing format comprises paper and ink. Since the rise of the traditional mind, paper and ink has been the dominant format for written communications.

The third writing format is now evolving. That writing format consists of electronic publications. Due to the rise of the Internet and the World Wide Web, writing is now shifting from paper and ink to electronic publications.

The following table describes these three writing formats.

As revealed in the above table, only a few scribes produce written communications during prehistoric civilization. Essentially everyone else performs manual labor.

In the anticivilization, however, essentially anyone can produce written communications in the form of letters, documents, books, and so forth. But, external authorities—such as popes and politicians—initiate attacks on those who produce pro-freedom writings. Authors of pro-freedom works have been ostracized, attacked, imprisoned, destroyed, and murdered. Copernicus learned this, as did Giordano Bruno, Galileo, Algernon Sidney, John Milton, Thomas Paine, and several others.

Today, with the rise of cyberspace, electronic publications are replacing paper and ink. And because of the dynamics inherent in cyberspace, individuals can publish pro-freedom materials online without being imprisoned or murdered. Why? Because in cyberspace, external authorities, subjective laws, and physical force become impotent. In fact, all criminal-minded dynamics become obsolete in cyberspace. Thus, cyberspace acts as the eternal protector of pro-freedom writings and their authors.

The Life-Advancing Work of Timothy Berners-Lee

Many people produce more values than they consume. Such people are a net value to the economy and society. However, some people consume more values than they produce. These people are a net disvalue to the economy and society. A few people consume and aggressively destroy infinitely more values than they produce. These people are incredibly destructive to the economy and society.

Then there are those rare, precious individuals who produce such grand, civilization advancing values that most people never even comprehend their work until decades or centuries later. Archimedes, Aristarchus, Kepler, Bach, Rockefeller, Einstein, and Feynman were such people. And, midst the insane anticivilization now consuming life on earth arises perhaps the greatest civilization-mover to date. His name is Timothy Berners-Lee.

This man invented the World Wide Web, which is a major component of cyberspace. That invention will, without exaggeration, not only free everyone, but save everyone’s life. Timothy Berners-Lee’s great work will also create more millionaires than anyone or anything in history—including Standard Oil, U. S. Steel, Ford Motor Company, and Microsoft. People such as Marc Andreessen of Netscape and David Filo & Jerry Yang of Yahoo! are the first to cash in on Berners-Lee’s work. But eventually, everyone will become a millionaire as a direct and indirect result of the World Wide Web.

From the cave of Pythagoras and his mathematical work, to Euclid’s geometry, to Archimedes’ calculus, to Leibniz’s adding machine, to Babbage’s electronic computer, to the personal computer, to the Internet, to Berners-Lee’s World Wide Web, mankind has moved from caves into cyberspace. Man was a prisoner of nature in the caves; he is eternally free in cyberspace.

To grasp the profound and eternal value of Timothy Berners-Lee’s invention, one needs to realize two worlds. The first is the pre-cyberspace world. The second is the cyberspace world. In the pre-cyberspace world, criminals rise to the top to rule and drain everyone via force and fraud. In the cyberspace world, each individual is his or her own sovereign ruled by no one. This is because force and fraud are not competitive in cyberspace—only competitive business succeeds in cyberspace.

As each person enters cyberspace, he or she will become eternally free. Furthermore, each such citizen will increasingly live a longer, healthier, more prosperous life. Eventually, all rational, productive people will experience physical and financial immortality in cyberspace. New technologies, inventions, and discoveries will flow throughout the World Wide Web that will increasingly make life happier, healthier, and more exciting.

Building on the work of Vannevar Bush and Theodor H. Nelson, Timothy Berners-Lee invented Enquire in the 1980s, which evolved into the World Wide Web in the early 1990s. That invention is so new that no one, including its founder, is able to grasp the full implications and unprecedented value arising from the World Wide Web. Like during the first decade of the twentieth century, no one was able to grasp the profound impact Einstein’s Theory of Relativity would have on the world. Soon, Einstein’s work overturned warfare, physics, and astronomy.

One thing is certain: Timothy Berners-Lee’s work will save more lives than all the scientific, medical, and legal advances combined. Why? Because his great work ultimately will liberate every individual from the lethal reign of the criminal mind.

Opposing Matrices

A matrix is an integrated system of ideas. Some matrices, especially in religion and philosophy, command world-dominating power. There are two fundamental matrices: (1) the value destruction matrix and (2) the value production matrix.

To begin, let’s look at the value destruction matrix. This matrix comes from the works of Homer, Plato, and Virgil. It was expanded and refined by Augustine, Machiavelli, Kant, Hegel, Marx, and others. All criminal-minded individuals embraced—implicitly if not explicitly—the value-destroying matrix. In fact, the criminal mind has a three-thousand-year history beginning with the Homeric "hero" Odysseus.

The essence of the value destruction matrix is covert laziness and well-hidden dishonesty. These, in turn, spawn rationalizations, non sequiturs, and mystical notions. Subjective laws and contradictory regulations arise from such dynamics. Finally, criminal-minded leaders take control of populations through the use of guns, handcuffs, partial judges, prisons, and cemeteries to harness the false power flowing throughout the value destruction matrix. Value usurpation and destruction escalate until entire societies and civilizations become unstable and begin to collapse.

The value destruction matrix is embraced by all popes, politicians, bureaucracy commissioners, armed bureaucrats, as well as many lawyers, journalists, academe, and fake business executives. Obvious examples of people who used the value destruction matrix include Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Castro.

The value production matrix is diametrically opposed to the value destruction matrix. The value production matrix comes from the works of Aristotle, the unknown author of Beowulf, Spinoza, Adam Smith, John Locke, and America’s Founding Fathers. It was expanded and refined by Ayn Rand, Nathaniel Branden, Leonard Peikoff, Frank R. Wallace, Mark Hamilton, and others. The value production matrix has been implicitly embraced by all business minds.

But the value production matrix has never been fully identified, developed, and revealed on this planet until the end of the second millennium. Thus, no one on earth, including its discoverers, has harnessed the full power of this matrix.

The essence of the value production matrix is constant effort and undivided honesty. These, in turn, vanish all illusions. From that illusion-free base arises objective law and valid justice. Finally, business-minded leaders use value creating systems, competitive effort, and valid justice to harness the genuine power flowing throughout the value production matrix. Value production and distribution escalate until everyone in society flourishes. Inventors, entrepreneurs, genuine business people, as well as honest scientists, teachers, and artists will eventually embrace the value production matrix. Obvious examples of people who implicitly used the value production matrix include Andrew Carnegie, George Eastman, Chester Carlson, Thomas Edison, and Henry Ford.

These two opposing matrices are inherent in reality. Anyone can identify and harness them. Throughout history, the value destruction matrix dominated life as it delivered poverty, sickness, unhappiness, and death to all. But now, with the explicit identification and spreading of the value production matrix, prosperity, health, happiness, and immortality will dominate everyone’s future.

Evolution of Power

In the nonstop struggle for survival, man has constantly searched for ways that enable him to survive with the least amount of effort and the most amount of pleasure. In his striving to survive in the most efficient manner possible, man has figured out that women—especially beautiful women—seek the most powerful men in society. Thus, man had a two-part incentive to become powerful: (1) he could guarantee his physical and material survival and (2) he would get love and sex from the most desirable women in society.

Man’s constant struggle to survive led him to the discovery of false power. Several centuries after Moses and the Trojan War, the Greek philosopher Plato constructed a system of false power that justifies the initiation of force against innocent individuals. Over the centuries, man has refined the use of false power to such a degree that it has become essentially imperceptible to most people.

Today, after twenty-five hundred years, certain people wield false power over the lives of every person on planet Earth. They have learned, through centuries of trial and error, just how to apply false power to gain maximum advantages without generating suspicion.

In a clandestine mode, those who wield false power have set up a formidable system guaranteeing their survival and prosperity. This system lets criminal-minded people flourish without producing values. And it assures them sex and love from the most desirable women in society.

However, all those who wield false power gain immense benefits at the expense of other people. Typically, practitioners of false power set themselves up as "leaders". They might be leaders of politics, government, religion, education, entertainment, big business, or the legal system. Whatever outlet they choose makes no difference. This is because they all operate under the same dynamics: garner maximum power and wealth without producing values for other people. Who pays for this?

Everyone who produces competitive values pays—and pays with their life. Those who use false power simply control and drain human beings. Anyone who resists or threatens the "leaders" is attacked, prosecuted, incarcerated, and brought to early death. This allows criminal-minded people to control and drain conscious life without opposition.

Now, at the close of the second millennium, a new power system has arisen. That power system was born from two radically different arenas: The bloodbaths of Vladimir Lenin’s communist Russia and the card tables of Gardenia, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Out of Lenin’s Russia came Ayn Rand, who developed the first and only valid philosophy: Objectivism. And out of the card clubs and casinos in western USA came Frank R. Wallace, who developed the practical-and-business application of Objectivist philosophy: Neo-Tech. Together, Neo-Tech Objectivism offers anyone and everyone genuine power. That mode of power easily outflanks and outcompetes all who use false power—all who manipulate, deceive, swindle, destroy, murder.

As mankind enters the third millennium AD, the world populations will witness a radical powershift. Those who wield false power for unearned money, power, sex, love, prestige, and esteem will find their techniques uncompetitive. In fact, using the techniques of false power, which include fraud, coercion, and force, will no longer enable people to survive, let alone prosper. The new power system—genuine power—will leave force and fraud behind forever. Why? Because genuine power delivers ever-increasing values to everyone, and to survive, people will inevitably move away from destruction and toward values.

Outstanding Jewish Value Producers

Religion and theology have been immensely destructive to human beings throughout history. Such celestial mysticism is the direct cause of numerous killings. For instance, the Roman Catholic Inquisition murdered hundreds of thousands of people for not adhering to church doctrine. And, religious fundamentalism in middle-eastern countries persecuted and killed numerous people because they were "nonbelievers".

Besides the obvious harm caused by religion and theology—harm ranging from ostracization to murder—other harms exist. One harm is the omnipresent ethics of sacrifice, which urges man to sacrifice earthly values for nonexistent ethereal values, epitomized by "a happy life in the hereafter." Religion and theology also cause great harm to human beings by linking guilt to natural desires such as money and sex. These religion/theology-caused harms undermine man’s capacity for productive achievement, prosperity, sexual love, and abiding happiness.

Of all the world’s religions, Judaism is perhaps the least mystical and most secular. Judaism is more pro-man/pro-life than most if not all other religions. Not surprisingly, some of the most outstanding value producers of all time were Jewish. Such men and women were able to think and act with fewer harmful religious influences. As a result, they were able to produce values, earn wealth, and enjoy the fruits of their labor more than any other religious denomination. Tragically, this aroused envy toward the Jews by non-Jews. Thus, Jews have been a target for unjust hatred, persecution, ostracization, theft, and murder for 4000 years. The climax of anti-Semitism came during the Holocaust where the Nazis blatantly looted and killed six million Jews. The Hitler-led/Himmler-inspired destruction of Jews was based on nothing more than envy combined with Hitler’s desire to survive without producing values.

Despite the age-old anti-Semitic propaganda, Jews are among the most moral, productive, and valuable people of all time. Does this mean that all Jews were beneficial? Absolutely not. Some Jews caused massive suffering among the world’s populace. For example, Sigmund Freud’s irrational view of man—i.e., that man is a piece of crap who wants to rape his mother—led to endless contradictions in psychology. Or, Karl Marx’s irrational socio-economic views—i.e., that entrepreneurs exploit workers rather than benefit them—led to life-destroying communism in the East and wealth-destroying socialism in the West. Overall, however, Jewish people have been and continue to be among the most productive and prosperous people, despite the fact that they make up a small minority of the world’s population.

Outstanding Jewish value producers include Moses, Jesus, Spinoza, Levi Strauss, Albert Einstein, Niels Bohr, Arnold Schoenberg, George Gershwin, Gustav Mahler, Jonas Salk, Leonard Bernstein, Ayn Rand (became non-religious), Steven Spielberg, Michael Milken, Lillian Vernon, Laura Schlessinger, and Alan Dershowitz. These and other Jews have provided and continue to provide history’s greatest treasures in science, art, industry, business, finance, philanthropy, philosophy, morality, government, law, communications, entertainment, and education.

The Third Millennium Matrix

Finally, it has arrived. Mankind has waited 3000 years for just such a matrix, although no one knew it existed. And now that it is available on Earth, it will eradicate all external authorities, criminal minds, purposeful destruction, and death.

The Third Millennium Matrix is a matrix of: Atheism/Objectivism/Libertarianism/Neo-Tech/Zonpower.

The arrival of the Third Millennium Matrix to this planet marks the end of the: Theism/Subjectivism/Totalitarianism/Mysticism/Humanoid-Power matrix.

Honest integrating minds combined with cyberspace business competition will eradicate the old matrix of dishonesty and death. Riches and life for all will prevail in the third millennium and beyond.

Consider that mystics and criminal-minded individuals compete with each other to become external authorities. They vie for positions of vast, unearned power—all the way up to the papacy of the Roman Catholic Church and the presidency of the United States of America. Why? Such people compete with each other to gain maximum power and wealth without having to produce objective values that other people voluntarily purchase. In other words, mystics and criminal-minded people use the old death-and-dishonesty matrix to gain tremendous power and prosperity without having to exert honest, productive effort.

But with the arrival of the Third Millennium Matrix, external authorities and criminal-minded people—from Washington DC to Vatican City to Moscow—are finished. Individuals from every continent will dismiss such people as reality-faking clowns who can only harm everyone and society. In their place will arise self-guided sovereign individuals relentlessly pursuing their own self-interest and business. In such an environment, sovereign individuals will replace crime and death with prosperity and life. That will happen because of the Third Millennium Matrix.

The End of Prehistory

Mankind is approaching the end of prehistory. After the turn of the new millennium, everyone will discover that they are at the beginning of history—at the point where irrational civilization ends and rational civilization begins.

Since about the time of Moses and the Trojan War, circa 1000 BC, mankind has lived in an era of pre-history. That era of pre-history endured for 3000 years—until 2000 AD. Now, as everyone advances into the new millennium, they will enter a brand new era.

This new era will not be a "modern" world. Rather, it will be a rational world—unlike anything ever seen on planet Earth. For thousands of years, mankind has lived in a dark world of sophisticated illusions. And that dark world left everyone stunted and then dead. But soon, everyone will live in a bright world of crystal-clear reality. They will grow in knowledge, power, prosperity, happiness, and life.

The cause of earth’s era of pre-history is specious philosophy, which gave birth to criminal governments and fraudulent religions. Such pseudo-intellectual philosophy quickly spread throughout the world to chain everyone. Once chained, everyone suffered and then died.

The result was suffering, poverty, sickness, and then death—within a decade or two for some, within seven or eight decades for others. But the fact is that everyone was—and still is—locked in an era of pre-history. Such a dark era is epitomized by:

• Governments that attack the most productive individuals in society


• Religions that foist unearned guilt on men, women, and children


• Justice that overlooks objective law and individual rights


• Law and lawyers that thrive by stirring up problems where none exist


• Medicine that reverts back to ancient Eastern mysticism


• Education that produces unthinking illiterates


• Media that propagates an endless river of misery, losses, and death


• Economics that shackle the engines of production and ruin currencies


• Art that portrays anything except heroic man


• Politics that steadily erode everyone’s privacy, freedom, and prosperity


• Morality that goads people to sacrifice their life for God, the common good, etc.

But the era of pre-history will come to end—either due to the rise of a rational world or through a worldwide holocaust. While a worldwide cataclysm is theoretically possible, chances are that a rational world will replace today’s dark world. Here is why:

The rise of Objectivist philosophy by Ayn Rand, the Internet by the Department of Defense, and the World Wide Web by Timothy Berners-Lee are now converging to almost certainly vanish earth’s era of pre-history. This combination of a universal philosophy and a universal communications network will provide the base for a rational world to rise. And as individuals from all backgrounds tap into the limitless power, wealth, romance, and excitement that are available from a rational world, everyone will eventually abandon the dark world of sophisticated illusions.

The Hitler–Hunter Reverse Analogy

Adolf Hitler? David L. Hunter? Reverse Analogy? What does this mean? By seeing how Hitler affected numerous lives (in a negative way), one can understand how Hunter will affect numerous lives (but in a positive way).

Adolf Hitler never could have destroyed millions of human lives through his own thoughts and actions. To accomplish this end—to destroy tens of millions of human lives—Hitler relied on various idea systems proffered throughout history. He used key philosophical, psychological, biological, economic, and political idea systems that had circulated for centuries, even millennia. He embraced and integrated systems of thought originated by Plato, Kant, Fitche, Hegel, Marx, and others. Using those systems of thought, Hitler was able to bring together nationalism and socialism. That event culminated in National Socialism, which is commonly known as Nazism.

Hitler worked to drive his new Nazi ideology first throughout Germany, then the world. What was the result of Adolf Hitler’s work? Ignorance, value destruction, poverty, sadness, and death—on a massive scale never before known to man.

Reversing Hitler’s work provides an appropriate analogy that enables one to understand Hunter’s work. David L. Hunter will enhance the lives of millions of people around the world. But he could never do this through his own thoughts and actions…in the span of one lifetime. To accomplish this end—to flourish tens of millions of human lives—Hunter required various idea systems, some of which were not available until the late twentieth century. He too used key philosophical, psychological, biological, economic, and political idea systems. He embraced systems of thought originated by Aristotle, Rand, Wallace, Alexander, Sears, and others. The key to understanding the above analogy is this: Hitler used one widely integrated ideology to move the world, albeit in a negative way. Hunter used its opposite ideology, which will inevitably move the world in a positive way. Once a widely integrated ideology spreads, nothing can stop it.
