Dedication
Tipping the World is dedicated to Richard Carlile (1790-1843). As a young man Richard awoke to the unfairness of the British government. Rising from humble origins, Richard launched a publishing venture that sold revolutionary writings by Thomas Paine. He also published a radical newspaper titled The Republican.
One day in 1819, Richard was giving a public speech when British authorities broke up the event—murdering several attendees in the process. Richard wrote about this in his newspaper and was soon prosecuted for crimes of blasphemy and sedition. He was sent to prison and the government raided his publishing company.
Richard’s wife and sister were able to keep publishing his newspaper while Richard was in prison. But the government fought back by suppressing Richard’s newspaper. They increased taxes on the cost of his paper and raised the price at which the newspaper must be sold. Then the government jailed Richard’s wife and sister. The government even jailed anyone caught selling The Republican.
Richard was released from prison but soon found himself back in prison for publishing libertarian articles. He was eventually released from prison after the government bankrupted him and destroyed his publishing venture. He lived in poverty during his final years. But it was his struggle and people like him in other countries that culminated in a free press that millions of people enjoy today.

of mankind have been financially enslaved and are being brought into world

Imagine entering a Mercedes Benz dealership to look at new cars for sale. You pull into the car lot and look around at the new Mercedes automobiles. The cars look nice but you do not see what you want. You walk around the side of the building and there it is: a brand-new black Mercedes sports sedan. The car glimmers under the lights. It dazzles your eyes. You picture yourself sitting behind the wheel in the luxurious leather seat surrounded by the latest automotive technology. You step back to look at the car’s exterior. One walk around the car convinces you that this is the one. This is the car for you.
Then you look at the window sticker for detailed information. You see the model and its features. Yes, you think to yourself, this car has the right stuff. You continue browsing the window sticker until you see the bottom-line price. You see the figure of $83,000. Hmm, you wonder, that is a lot of money…but surely this car is nice!
You continue browsing the car lot looking at other vehicles. While browsing the car lot you come across a strange looking car. What is this? You scratch your head in confusion. It looks like a racecar, but at a car dealership?
You recognize it is a Porsche and you walk around it until you see the name GT2 on the back. Suddenly you realize you are standing next to a silver 2003 Porsche GT2. This is possibly the fastest production car on earth—a race inspired vehicle for road use that can accelerate, corner and stop with almost unequaled performance. Zero-to-sixty in 3.7 seconds; quarter mile in 12 seconds; top-speed of 196 miles per hour with equally impressive handling and braking performance. You realize that you are standing next to a world-class sports car that elicits awe from people everywhere in the world regardless of language and culture.
You look at the window sticker of this beast and see the staggering horsepower and performance options. Then you see the price of $190,000. You realize that is a lot of money for a car, but you know this is a one-of-a-kind jewel.
You continue journeying through the car lot until you see a stunning car sitting inside a glass enclosure. It is a silver convertible Ferrari 360 Modena. You realize the price of this car is $170,000. It is such a sleek and sexy car that it leaves you in awe.
After seeing the Mercedes, Porsche and Ferrari automobiles, you leave the dealership in amazement. You just looked at three cars worth almost a half million dollars! While driving away you wonder why three cars cost so much money—almost a half million dollars.
Suddenly your mind
takes you back many years to a lunch you had in the heart of
Forgetting about that expensive Italian lunch, you mentally come back to the present time and start wondering how you can afford to buy that Mercedes Benz automobile. You can see yourself behind the wheel of that fabulous car. All you need to do is figure out how to purchase it. The thought of the exorbitant price disappears from your mind as you dream of owning that world-class automobile.
The next day you enter your bank and wait in line. There are some people ahead of you and the line is moving slowly so you have time to think. The first thing you do is look around. You see various gifts the bank is giving away as a means of attracting your business. You look at the bank tellers and the bank manager who are working diligently to provide customers with money. But for some reason you question what you see. You wonder where your bank gets all its money to lend.
You know bank depositors provide some money the bank uses to loan to customers. But you wonder where your bank gets all the millions of dollars to lend out to customers. Suddenly it hits you: your bank creates money out of thin air to lend to its customers. You realize that right here in your bank is the source of inflation whereby the customer requests a loan and the bank obliges with an accounting trick to convert customer debt into checkbook money. The customer leaves with his check and spends this fiat money in the economy.
If only one customer received and spent fiat money, not much would happen in the economy. But you realize that many customers do this everyday. Your mind transports you back to the image of those high-priced cars and that expensive Italian meal. Ah ha! You realize that 15,000 lire for lunch and $190,000 for a car is not the full story. What happened is the government-banking collusion has counterfeited so much money for so long that prices have shot up to compensate for the debased currency. No wonder why meals and cars cost so much money.
Now it is your turn to approach the teller. You ask the bank teller if this is a commercial bank. She nods with a smile and says yes. Understanding the implications, you step back and look at the other bank employees. Suddenly it hits you: they temporarily transmogrify into monstrous criminal counterfeiters in your mind’s eye. You see the whole grotesqueness of it all and you want to run out of the bank to a rational world. Quickly your mind tells you there is no rational world; what you see here is occurring in cities and countries worldwide.
You snap back to
reality as the bank teller hands you a receipt. You reach for the receipt, say
thank you and leave the bank. You just saw what no one else has ever seen. You
saw the criminality of legalized counterfeiting being conducted out in the open
and in a cheerful manner. Then you enter your car and hear a special news
report on the radio. The newscaster says bombs are falling on

As a child you might have thought about creating your own money. Perhaps you sought to make your own coins from silver washers or create paper money by cutting up construction paper and drawing on it. You might have even thought about photocopying money to multiply it. As an adult you are aware these actions are called counterfeiting. You avoid counterfeiting money because it is illegal and punishable by imprisonment.
But what if the very
institutions that have seized control over money are themselves counterfeiters?
Imagine the bonanza of riches they could create for themselves and their
cronies! In fact, that is just what happened in
This is enough money to buy the moneyed elite phenomenal estates, luxury vehicles, lavish vacations, scrumptious meals, swanky mistresses and everything else they want. But who ultimately pays for all this extravagance? The benighted public picks up the tab in the form of ubiquitous taxation and perpetual inflation. The moneyed elite counterfeits money and spends it while the masses foot the bill by paying increasingly higher prices for goods and services due to a declining dollar.
Perhaps less than one person in a thousand understands the above process of counterfeiting. The government, Federal Reserve System, commercial banks and international banking firms orchestrate this process of counterfeiting. Yet perhaps less than one person in a million understands that the major profit center of counterfeiting is war. The act of war guarantees steady income and windfall profits for the moneyed elite. Thus they strive for governments to be in a perpetual state of war.
Precisely how do moneyed elites profit from war? They purchase government securities, particularly bonds. They also act as a broker for the purchase and sale of war munitions and supplies. Plus they maneuver benighted taxpayers into financing foreign governments that are defaulting on their loans to the moneyed elite.
The Federal Reserve Bank and international banking firms such as J.P. Morgan and Company do not expect governments to repay bond obligations. However, they do expect governments to perpetually pay interest on those bonds, even if governments require new loans to continue paying interest on the original bonds. This interest is listed as income for the Fed and international banking firms. And this income is pure profit because the money given to governments by the Fed and bank bondholders is 100% counterfeit. It is fiat currency created out of thin air.
Such a wartime windfall of income and profit has turned international bankers into multi-millionaires and billionaires. And the moneyed elite cleverly finances warring nations on both sides of the battlefield to profit doubly. Basically, wars are financed with counterfeit money and the uninformed public ultimately pays for this in the form of higher prices and ubiquitous taxation: the income tax, corporate tax, sales tax, property tax, payroll tax, luxury tax, estate tax and so on.

And since productivity will be rewarded rather than penalized, good jobs will spring up in abundance—driving unemployment toward 0% as inflation moves toward 0% and interest rates hover within their natural free-market range. Taxes will not exist because governments will be run like businesses where they charge people who voluntarily subscribe to protection services.
Catalyst
for Change
The question arises:
who or what is the catalyst for such a comprehensive change? Will politicians
drive this change? How about the government-banking cabal; do they desire such
a change? The answer is a resounding NO! How about wealthy individuals who
profit from State-created rental values; will they advance such a change? What
about political businesspeople? Will government employees or unionized laborers
drive this change from
Who or what then is the catalyst for change as described above? The catalyst for such an all-encompassing change can be stated in just two words. But those two words condense millions of words and mighty power. Those two words are Neo-Tech and Zon.
Ironically, such a profound
change in civilization will be enacted by something as simple as Neo-Tech and Zon. Neo-Tech means fully integrated honesty and Zon is any person who applies undivided honesty from a

The inquiry below refers to the degree of difficulty for evolving into Zon as explained in A Decade of Deliverance.
Inquiry: The fact of reality is people do see it as very difficult,
and out of the many Neo-Tech readers that are out there, I induce that a very
small fraction are able to evolve into Zon. There
must be some reason for this. I’m really curious what you think the reason
might be. Even you yourself wrote of the extreme effort it took in your book Cosmopolitan
Response: There is a major reason why so few people today have evolved into Zon. Everyone has been chained to the parasitical class since man became conscious millennia ago. Historically, a few people began breaking those chains, but they were imprisoned, poisoned or burned to death. Ayn Rand began breaking those chains through her intellectual discoveries, but she remained trapped in the earthbound paradigm due to lack of practical knowledge. Her philosophical knowledge is excellent but it is too abstract for practical use. Frank R. Wallace was the first person to fully breakout of the mystical paradigm, and that happened in prison where he discovered Zon and articulated his discovery in Cassandra’s Secret. In 1993 he published this information for the first time in history. But remember, everyone else was still trapped and had no way to grasp what Wallace was saying despite the supreme clarity of the Neo-Tech/Zon literature.
This is like what happened in the 1980s when Tim Berners-Lee wrote the Enquire program that later would be known as the World Wide Web. Tim tried describing this wonderful world of linked hypertext documents, but no one could really understand it nor grasp the tremendous value it offered. He even tried to give away the program, but no one wanted it, so it just lingered. Tim renamed the program to World Wide Web in 1991 and continued developing it. A person here and there joined him by linking their computer with his, and it slowly evolved. Eventually, “killer applications” were produced—notably Netscape and Yahoo—and by 1994 the Web took off. Today even children use the Web for all kinds of activities. It is almost unthinkable to live without the World Wide Web.
Now back to Zon. Upon releasing this wonderful discovery to the world, many people looked at it as mystical, like religion or some other bogus aspect of the earthbound world. Since everyone besides Wallace himself was locked into earth’s mystical paradigm, they tried to relate Zon to things they already knew such as God, religion, mysticism, the occult, etc. But Zon is not from the earthbound world. Zon relates to nothing within earth’s anti-civilization. Zon is a pristine life of undivided honesty—something no one on earth has been able to experience. Thus many people dismiss it as bogus or mystical or a fraud…just as many people dismissed the Enquire program. Even today some people, e.g., Ted Nelson, reject the World Wide Web as all wrong, mistaken, etc.
Wallace spent his life identifying, discovering and articulating Zon and publishing his findings. The degree of difficulty involved here is beyond comprehension by most people because they are locked into a mystical/politicized world that militates against high-effort productivity. So again, when people read about Zon, they dismiss it because it does not fit into their conceptual model of the world. Only relatively few people remained open-minded and held on. They continued to do independent research to confirm or refute the Zon paradigm. And of those few people, most of them had to surrender because exploring Zon is utterly incompatible with living in earth’s mystical/dishonest world.
When I encountered Neo-Tech and Zon in 1993, I was knocked down by such a heavy dose of reality and honesty. But for some reason, perhaps due to my breeding from intransigent ancestors, I was unable to let go of the fully integrated honesty of Neo-Tech and the pristine nature of Zon. Only people close to me know what I have endured to research and explore Zon. Threats of imprisonment, property confiscation and ostracization for rejecting earthbound protocols could not stop me. I persisted, albeit at a heavy price, until I could independently verify or refute Zon. While the Zon constant (k) has yet to be scientifically validated or refuted, the Zon paradigm as presented in the Neo-Tech literature is authentic as my many years of independent research and testing proves.
But still, there are precious few people today who grasp the Zon paradigm intellectually, psychologically and emotionally. Those few who have evolved into Zon are in the extreme minority while the rest of the population is trying to live within earthbound protocols of mysticism, dishonesty, manipulation, hypocrisy, coercion, force, counterfeiting, undermining productivity, etc.
The Zon paradigm can spread to the general public, perhaps via “killer applications” like the Matrix movies, but such spreading requires time and effort. Natural survival dynamics favor the Zon paradigm and documented web statistics show that laypeople are learning about Zon. As more individuals independently evolve into Zon, they will leave clues that make it easier for others to evolve. Eventually everyone can move out of the earthbound protocols of hypocrisy and dishonesty to capture the pristine honesty of Zon. Hopefully this will happen before the parasitical class terminates the human race via weapons of mass destruction.
In summary, evolving into Zon today is simple although it is not easy. You become Zon by extricating yourself from the earthbound world and aligning yourself with the naturally evolving universe. You replace mysticism with reality, dishonesty with honesty, hypocrisy with authenticity, imprudence with wisdom, consumption with production, misery with happiness, poverty with prosperity. Those who evolve into Zon today are pioneers like those who a decade ago became part of the fledgling World Wide Web. Zons can sweep the world, thereby sweeping away intentional impoverishment, theft, destruction and death. But that is up to each one of us right here on earth. Thus we hold the key to unlimited riches in our hands. We can fumble and lose the key or we can use the key to unlock the door to sublime riches.
Profiting
from Change
As surmised from the above passage, tipping the world will occur on an individual basis rather than through collectivist means such as political elections and government schools. This means the actual tipping—the day-to-day actions—will occur almost invisibly. Few people will know what is happening until a critical mass is reached. Once a critical mass of people has evolved into Zon, the world will shift from Old to New, from a fatal world to an immortal world. And with Local Group operating as a front-line agent, life on earth is moving toward that critical-mass point.
To be sure, Local Group is not the only agent that can drive this change. Anyone can assist in this historical change and people can do this profitably. After extensive testing and analysis, Local Group has learned some things about this process of change. One of the most important things Local Group has learned is the law of indirect effort. This law says that your greatest results will come from pursuing your goal indirectly rather than directly. The law of indirect effort is not applicable to all goals, but it is applicable to producing sweeping change.
An example can help clarify this law. The law of indirect effort says not to tell laypeople precisely what is going to happen and what they should do. This will not work. In fact, it will have the opposite effect. People will look at you like you are an alien from another planet. So rather than trying to appeal to people in a direct manner, you need to reach them indirectly. This could be accomplished through art or music or movies or stories or some other creative approach.
Importantly, an
indirect approach will not put people into a defensive mode. Also, it will not
trigger cognitive dissonance, which is the inability of a person to accept a
new idea that contradicts an idea already held. In short, an indirect approach
will enable people to keep an open mind about your message. Once your indirect
message sinks in, people will make their own connections. They will see what is
coming and will be motivated to learn more. And if you position yourself to
help others evolve and enter the

B: Abolishing the State
In the past, certain individuals have recognized the gross destructiveness of the State. Sensing personal danger, those people chose to remain quiet about their realization. Rather than publicly asserting what they knew, they kept quiet while trying to figure out how to deal with the abhorrent situation on earth.
Secret societies arose as a result, which led to clandestine meetings, subversive treatises, provocative speeches and revolutionary actions. These culminated in the American Revolution, French Revolution, Russian Revolution and other revolutions attempting to overthrow the State in order to establish a free society. Unfortunately, over time, new repressive regimes overtook old repressive regimes and State plunder continued. State plunder continues to this day.
There is a circular pattern of the predatory State that leads to revolutionary overthrow that leads back to the predatory State. All attempts to overthrow oppression ultimately lead to new oppression, albeit from a different cast of characters.
Since all States
arrogate to themselves monopoly control of force and law, they attract the
worst people—meaning people prone to use violence and plunder. Once in power,
